As a dedicated educator and nutrition expert, Lisa Rivera has built her career at the intersection of sports and nutrition. With a background in sports nutrition and a personal history rooted in dance and other sports, Lisa has spent over a decade helping athletes optimize performance through evidence-based nutrition strategies. Her extensive experience includes working with collegiate and adolescent athletes and dancers, individual performers, professional dancers and athletes, and educational institutions to develop programs that support the physical demands of sport and dance.
