Nutrition for Elite and Collegiate Dancers
This comprehensive nutrition course provides nutrition education specific to elite dancers. It contains 6 modules addressing 1) macro and micro nutrients; 2) fueling to reach performance goals; 3) confidence in foods; 4) intuitive fueling; 5) body image; 6) injury and RED-S; and 7) hydration. A bonus module explores supplements and their role in a dancer's nutrition strategy.
